when is stress too much stress

When is stress too much?
We all have stress in our every day lives, but when is it too much?
Stress sneaks up on you from different areas and you might not even know it, but it builds and builds till it becomes too much. Stress is not a medical condition but it causes medical problems, you can stress over things that really make you sick. When the stress is over we feel much better, My son would be sick on Mondays, the problem was he had home work that he forgot about. This is just one example of how stress can affect you.

What about the meeting with an important client this is stress full, as you have been working on this account for a long time. Now it's come down to the wire, sure you are stressed, what IF? what then? this will give any body stress.
Here are some symptoms to watch out for, Stomach upset is very often the first one which can also be a flue symptom some times it's hard to tell.

headache
Muscle tension or pain
Fatigue
Change in sex drive
Stomach upset
Sleep problems

So how do you tell if it's stress or not? You need to sit down and think of any sudden changes in your life
that where hard to deal with. This could be the first clue, it may not have been a big deal at the time but over time one small thing has time to build. This can build and as it builds be hind the seen it can manifest it self into a big problem.
I drove truck for many years, and if some thing was said before the trip you had all day to think about it, by the end of the day this comment was enough to start an argument.
This is how it can work on you because you have the time to (brood) about it and if you didn't care for the person that made a comment. You will (brood) and after a while it will become some thing you think about alot. Now it has become the main thought on your mind. you will start to notice some of the symptoms above.

People are not all the same, some can walk away from this and they won't be bothered by it at all.
Others are more sensitive to there surroundings and it may affect them more then not.
Stress doesn't not affect every body the same way, some go thru life care free with out a care for the most part they know how to deal with it there and then and go on to the next thing.
